Female Support Worker – Spearwood (casual)
We are looking for an experienced, fun, flexible and engaged Female Support Worker.Working in the community and in the family home you will be changing the life of a young lady with autism, as well as her wider family unit. We are looking for a Female support staff with experience working with complex needs and managing challenging behaviors .
Location: Spearwood
Hours: Mornings and afternoon, with the possibility of having night shifts, and increase to 24/7 in the future.
What is involved:
A person-centered approach in guiding, coaching and supporting.
In home daily activities, community access, recreational activities.
Following therapy and positive behavior plans
Working in 2:1 team at times
Accompany the customer to Hydro-therapy sessions and support her through these
Ensuring that all compliance, as well as required documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Valid working rights
NDIS Screening Clearance
NDIS Worker orientation module certificate
Current WA Class C drivers’ licence and own reliable car
Epilepsy training
Medication Competency
