Support Worker- (Spearwood and Rockingham)
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced, fun, flexible and engaged Support Workers, working a mix of in the community and providing in home support. We are looking for support staff with experience working with complex needs and managing challenging behaviors.
We are seeking to build a dedicated and passionate support teams for 3 of our Customers that is planning to transition into 24/7 support in 2025.
Location: Spearwood and Rockingham
Hours: Morning and afternoon, with overnight/sleepover commencing shortly.
What is involved:
A person-centered approach in guiding, coaching and supporting.
In home daily activities, community access, recreational activities.
Following therapy and positive behavior plans
Working in 2:1 team at times
Accompany the customer to Hydro-therapy sessions and support her through these
Ensuring that all compliance, as well as required documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Level 2.1 -2.4, $41.76 to $45.58 will be offered depending on skills and experience.

Valid working rights
NDIS Screening Clearance
NDIS Worker orientation module certificate
Current WA Class C drivers’ licence and own reliable car
Epilepsy training
Medication Competency
Mental Health First Aid (not Essential)
