About the Role:
We are on the hunt for an experienced Clinical Training Coordinator to join Interchange on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real and positive difference, where your expertise will be harnessed in providing high-quality clinical guidance to Interchange and our customers. You will also support the implementation of a clinical governance framework that empowers delivery of services that are safe, high-quality, informed through evidence-based practice and reviewed through a process of continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining staff training and competency assessment programs for direct care services across Interchange, including clinical, complex care, and high intensity supports and building capacity in risk identification, assessment, and management.
This role offers flexibility with opportunity to be based in our Belmont or Mandurah Officeand includes travel across the Perth and Peel regions.
