About the role:

As our company and community is rapidly growing we are accepting Expression of Interests for experienced, fun, flexible and engaged Support Workers. By submitting an application you may be accepted into a pool of candidates with the right experience, the right expertise, and the right desire to support our customers to grow and flourish.

What is involved:

  • A person-centered approach in guiding, coaching and supporting.
  • In home daily activities, community access, recreational activities. 
  • Following therapy and positive behavior plans
  • Night shifts and weekend shifts available
  • Possibility of working in 2:1 team at times
  • Ensuring that all compliance, as well as required documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner  
  • Working locations from Joondalup to Mandurah are available.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid working rights
  • NDIS Screening Clearance
  • NDIS Worker orientation module certificate
  • Current WA Class C drivers’ license and own reliable car
  • Current First Aid Certificate
