Support Workers – Diversity South Team (Mandurah)

Interchange is seeking enthusiastic, committed, and compassionate Support Workers to join our Diversity South team in Mandurah. We’re looking for individuals with experience supporting customers with diverse and complex needs, including behaviour support. Location: Mandurah

Hours: AM, PM & Nights (flexible availability required) Permanent Part Time 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

In this rewarding role, you will provide person centred support that empowers customers to live safely, independently, and with dignity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person centred guidance, coaching, and daily support
  • Assisting with in home daily living activities
  • Following therapy programs and Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
  • Applying PBSP strategies to promote wellbeing and positive outcomes
  • Completing documentation and compliance requirements accurately and on time
  • Demonstrating a strong level of reliability, resilience, and professionalism while supporting customers with complex needs

Key Requirements

  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • NDIS Screening Clearance
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module certification
  • WA C Class driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Manual Handling Certificate (preferred)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
