Support Workers Albany

 

We’re looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join our team in Albany on a permanent basis. If you’re passionate about making a genuine difference in people’s lives and value stable, ongoing work, this could be the role for you.

We currently have opportunities across a range of shifts, including nights, mornings, afternoons, and weekends, offering flexibility while providing consistent, secure employment. In this role, you’ll support individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes and community.

 

What is involved:

  • A person-centered approach in guiding, coaching and supporting.
  • In home daily activities, community access, recreational activities.
  • Following therapy and positive behavior plans
  • Working in Albany

Key Requirements:

  • Valid working rights
  • NDIS Screening Clearance
  • NDIS Worker orientation module certificate
  • Current driver’s license and own reliable car
  • Current First Aid Certificate
