Expression of Interest - Support Worker

Kick off 2023 with a new year resolution to work as a support worker!!!

At Interchange we are always on the hunt for superstars to join our organisation. The role of a Support Worker involves being available to work several shift types including early morning, afternoon, evening, weekends, sleepovers, and short shifts, across a number of different Neighbourhoods within the community.

This advertisement is for an ongoing expression of interest to join our talent pool - only applicants shortlisted for potential vacancies will be contacted.

It’s a life-changing experience, for you and the people you’ll support – a unique opportunity to do the things you love and help local people with disability to live a good life. If you share our values, you have years of experience or even if you don't have any previous experience, but you have a desire to make a difference, then we are looking for you! In return, you’ll get a competitive package and a host of benefits, including:

✔️ Flexible hours. We do know that there is a life beyond working hours and we can therefore be as flexible as possible for the right person and have you work around your other life commitments.

✔️ Perks. From rewards for great work, social events and celebrations to salary packaging to minimise your tax.

✔️ Training and support. Tap into our iLearn program, learn from mentors and leaders who care, and access our employee assistance program if times get tough.

✔️ Competitive Pay. Are you experienced? We will pay you higher! Bring your skillset to us and we will pay you at the higher end of the pay scale.

Most importantly, however, you get to turn your passion into a vocation and make a career out of changing people’s lives – and your community – for the better. Sounds good? Then you’ll fit right in.

Locations: Mandurah, Rockingham, Myaree, Belmont, Midland and Osborne Park.

We are looking for people with:
